Clare is a highly skilled professional of many years now of working hard at her own business and offering a lot of amazing services she really goes above and beyond for her customers and is very welcoming and so friendly. I have been using her services for almost 8 years know. She uses the best quality hair for extensions and the results are always amazing I was always asked about my half and had great feedback and many compliments . I have also been very pleased with other services which Clare offers and I honestly couldn't reccomeded her enough !

Honestly if I could '0' this company I would. My mother has been left devastated and embarrassed to leave the house after the appalling installation that Clare did on my mothers hair. On the 21st November 2024, my mother got her hair coloured and extensions installed by Clare. My mum was initially satisfied with the hair, as Clare had specifically curled it in an attempt to hide the inexcusable 2 section layered installation. After a day, the extension strands had started falling out, to this day (2 weeks in), 30 have now come out. I have had extensions myself for over 10 years, so I'm well aware of the maintenance and the care you need to take with extensions. I approached Clare about how my mother was unhappy with her hair, to be met with a shut down approach and told that no refunds will be given. We asked her to meet us halfway as we appreciated her time initially installing, again shut down. We went to a local reputable and professional salon who examined my mothers hair, they have said it's the worst installation that they have ever seen, with hair put in at the top of her head, she was left looking like she had a mullet/rats tails. They said the colour, texture and everything about them was incorrect for my mothers hair type. I have also had extensions installed by Clare myself and have had over 40 fall out. Since raising our concerns, Clare has since removed all trace of ever 'performing' on my mothers hair, yet sent me a WhatsApp link to her own Facebook post, where she plastered my mum all over, without her consent. Convenient that after I have expressed my concerns, she has got people to write 'positive' reviews on Google and her Facebook page in the last couple of days, despite no-one posting a thing since July. *she has removed her reviews and recommendations off of Facebook altogether* - why would anyone do this if they have nothing to hide? I would not recommend this company at all if you want all the hair to fall out within 2 weeks!

Visited Clare recently for Botox and Lip Filler - so professional and knowledgeable, totally put me at ease. extremally happy with the results - will definitely going back for the same and more treatments - would not think of going anywhere else

I had chosen to come to you after a recommendation. Never looked back, and that was several years ago! I have always found you to be professional , detailed and listen to my needs . Couldn't recommend you highly enough for hair extensions (the best quality hair ) fitting , and beauty treatments . I'd have no problem recommending you to others . I have been going to Claire to have my lashes done for a few years now and I would never go to anyone else. She works mornings, days and also has a late night midweek which is perfect for me, as I am a Teacher. She always finds time to fit me in and is always so efficient. She is extremely well priced and offers something for everyone. She respond on her social media if needed and we always have a right laugh. Would highly recommend Claire for any type of self love that you want done or need doing

After having a bad experience somewhere else I found Clare at clarified and I've never felt so welcoming and comfortable. I get my lashes and brows done regularly and they always look amazing. I've also had aesthetics done here at clarified and for someone who is actually scared of needles I've never felt so relaxed around them. Clare is so gentle and I love my lip & chin filler and Botox. Highly recommend and wouldn't go anywhere else.
