After being self conscious of my bitten nails I went to see Charlotte for BIAB after being recommended her services on Facebook. I am so pleased I chose hand and stone! Charlotte is one of the most friendly and welcoming people I know. She is a huge perfectionist with her nail art and will not let me leave until she and I are happy with the results. The pictures say it all! I was very anxious about the gel lifting as I am an avid swimmer but this has never happened with Charlotte unlike reviews I have read on other services. I always leave feeling happy and confident. Not only being great at her job, Charlotte is so lovely and easy to talk to during the treatment. We always have a laugh. Besides her work being the absolute best, it is also the most affordable in the area. I feel very lucky to be a client of Charlottes, I already can't wait until my next appointment. I have also seen Issac for a back and shoulder massage. It was the most relaxing experience! Issac is so professional and really targeted all the problem areas effectively. It definitely helped with my physically straining job. I will be back again! Overall- I would very highly recommend hand and stone hollistics. You definitely won't be disappointed :)

I went to Hand & Stone Holistics for the first time yesterday, wanting to move away from acrylics but needing something more durable than gels. I'm in love with my BIAB nails, service was exceptional. Charlotte was absolutely lovely and really took time and care to do my nails beautifully I'd highly recommend her.

Nailed it! Charlotte is wonderful - my nails always come out looking fantastic but she also has fun chat and welcoming vibes every time.

Charlotte and her whole team are amazing!!!!! Not only have I had the BEST manicures of my life but her pricing is so reasonable and you get a truly personalised service. Also great going before a summer holiday as you can get the works done in one place! Book early though as they book up!! Highly recommend! Xxx

This review is long overdue! I've been going to Charlotte for almost 2 years now, and I keep coming back! I've had her massages and other services, such as gel mani and pedi and facials, Regarding the massage, I usually go for back, neck and shoulder and she always finds the right spots. She has an eye for detail when it comes to gel nails and she always checks in throughout the appointment. Other than amazing services, Charlotte is super kind, talented and just the sweetest. Her home studio being very comfortable and relaxing. I'm so happy that I've found her and I hiiighly recommend her.

I started coming here about 8 weeks ago and it is such a lovely experience each time I come. Charlotte is such a lovely person who is truly talented in what she does. Her salon is beautiful, clean and a warm welcome is always provided. My nails each time I have been have always been 10/10 until today when they are 11/10! It's like seeing an old friend you've known years. Looking forward to more treatments in the new year. You won't be disappointed. Book now!
