Richard John Hair & Beauty

Went to Richard John today to see if they had any appointments for my autistic daughter who wanted her hair cut. They had walk in appointments available there and then. I also decided to have a cut myself. We was welcomed by a lovely team, I had Lily, who was so lovely, professional and done an amazing job! My daughter had Kate who looked after her, made her at ease as she struggles with anxiety and made my daughter enjoy the experience and did a fab job with her hair she's so happy with the outcome. Highly recommend xx

Unfortunately i can't remember the name of my stylist (because id love to give her a special mention) but i can honestly say after spending hundreds elsewhere this was the best haircut and experience, i dropped in last minute and the whole team were so friendly and helpful, not only am i so happy with my hair, but everyone was so lovely and accommodating, and the head massage was brilliant. Can't wait to return!

Erin as always did an excellent job on my cut and colour, have been coming here for many years and have always had exceptional service. Erin saved my hair after I had the 'bright' idea of trying to do an at home blonde dye job, you can probably imagine how that turned out. Everyone is always so lovely, and I think it's fairly priced, especially if you do the colour sales

The massage was perfect. Georgie spent time with me to learn about what I needed from the treatment. She checked in on me from time to time to ensure that I was happy either the pressure. I really couldn't have felt more relaxed. Fantastic experience, highly recommended

I had my hair cut by Heather today - from start to finish it was a wonderful experience. I felt very looked after and she listened to exactly what it was I wanted. I've never felt more comfortable and at ease in a hair salon. I love my new hair cut - thank you Heather and the whole Richard John team!

Everyone at Richard John makes me feel so welcome from the moment I walk through the door. Richard is so polite and friendly and always spends the time asking exactly how I want my hair done. He is so polite and friendly and cuts my hair to a very high standard. With some hair dressers it feels like they are just churning through the hair cuts and onto the next person, but it doesn't feel like that with Richard. He takes great pride in his work which is a rare thing these days! Will be returning for sure :) I was also offered a drink on multiple occasions which was also very hospitable from the other staff on front of house.

Had the most incredible facial with Georgie yesterday, she is lovely and without doubt the best therapist I have ever been to. My skin looks, and feels, fabulous this morning and I can't wait for my next visit. Thanks Georgie
