Swati Makeover Unisex Salon

If I have to book and pay another stylist to fix my hair, I am going to another salon I can trust. I left the review up and got a scathing response. The owner claimed I was harrassing them, and that she was going to share my information with other local businesses. 'starting price,' even though the site does not say 'starting price.' This salon was not a high-end salon (looked like what great-clips looks like when you walk in). Yet they charged more than the high end salons I have been in charged for. I got the opposite. When I got home I spoke to a few friends and expressed how unhappy I was, they said I should give them a call - so I did. The salon said I can come in however, as the person who did my hair was not on shift I'D HAVE TO PAY FOR MY HAIR TO BE CORRECTED, BUT IF I CONTACTED THE CARE TEAM I'D get a refund. Don't listen to them when they say this. They are lying. But I had an event to go to and I had no choice so I paid. This was literally the worse experience I have ever had in a salon.

I must say that Swati Makeover is the best salon, not only in Jaipur House but also in Agra. I recently had a hair spa and luxury manicure & pedicure, and the service was exceptional. The staff is incredibly professional, attentive, and patient, taking the time to listen to your needs. They make you feel at ease throughout the entire experience. I highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for top-quality services and a relaxing, comfortable atmosphere."

It is a unisex salon well designed fully trained staff and was very polite. The pricing are little bit high but yeh if you need some comfort and wanted a good environment u can definitely get there. Also the location is very good and have a good parking space.

I choose this parlour for my wedding look. They give me a fabulous look. Eye makeup hairstyle all makeup was superb. Go without any hesitation. The staff and owner were great.

Worst experience and a total money waste Doesn't even deserve 1 star. The salon was nice but the staff is not at all trained. My friend and I got my nail extensions done which came out the very next day. They didn't even know how to do it, just applying layer over layer without any finishing isn't nail art. Ut looked sooo clumsy. Unfortunately my friend had to leave so she went back and self went to the salon to get it fixed. Firstly the took forever to do it and then it was not satisfactory at all. Post the whole process the nails came off again the next day. I shared the photo of the same to the owner and so regardless of her, that my machine (the dryer) is faulty. Is is really a customer's concern. She should have returned my money as the amount she charged was so much. But, shamefully she didn't.

Ma'am is just like my mother. Her excellent artistic skills and caring attitude made me feel so good. She gifted me a new me on my wedding reception.The staff was also very cordial and all covid protocols and hygiene was well maintained. Would highly recommend this place for big day.

I had a clean hair shave back sometime and I was looking for a nice haircut for small hairs and after searching endlessly I found Swati Makeovers popularly known as "SMUS" and after seeing on Google I decided to go there and man.....the CUT I wanted THEY DID OVER PERFECTION I mean I was TOTALLY IMPRESSED.....I ON MY EXP. RECOMMEND THIS SALON MORE THAN ANYWHERE...PRICES ARE TOO REASONALBLE TOO ....HAVE A VISIT FOIND OUT YOURSELF
