I had an extremely disappointing experience with this service. We booked bridal makeup and other services with an advance payment. Unfortunately, we had to cancel the booking about a month ago. The service provider agreed to refund the advance and promised to process the refund within 2-3 days. However, despite numerous follow-ups, they kept giving new dates and never actually refunded the money. To make matters worse, their behavior was rude and unprofessional throughout the process. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
