Firstly I was so scared of undergoing split end treatment because of excessive hair cut which was done by other salons to me. Next Chance I gave to Sana Mam, Thankyou soo much mam you took care of my privacy and treatment was awesome. And Split end treatment in first sitting is too much visible. Everything here is so so good. Anyone can come here without any fear, trust me its worth it.

They talk about having good and well trained staff but they lack the basic thing known as 'CONSENT'. I got my hair spa and haircut done from them, the hair spa was nice but the haircut was horrible, without asking my consent of how much length she should cut, the lady hairdresser started cutting my hair without even asking, in starting only I told her to maintain the length of my back hair but she miserably failed to do so, even tho I repeated my sentence 3-4 times but yeah it was too late by then. I just feel so utterly bad as it took so long for my hair to grow, my hair is curly and it reached till my waist and now it's just a little below my neck and since my hair is curly after washing I dont know how short it will be. I mean everyone knows how much an Indian women adores her hair and the length, still that lady miserably failed to grasp that. Sorry ain't gonna fix my hair, it's gonna take me years for sure for my hair to grow back at that length. And the owner told me she'll give me a call because ofcourse I was angry at that time to even talk to them, but I haven't recieved a call yet. I guess they took this matter a little too lightly.
