Fraud People : Very much disappointed with the service. we have been told that we will be given Bridal make up where as in return they disappointed as by giving make up with local products and charged heavily.They played well with our trust and innocency . Make up artist are very unprofessional they were least bothered by the quality and service.They were in hurry just to finish it of the formality.Thats is why the make up artist Garima was back of me to make full payment in advance before even finish the service Even Senior make up artist was making weird signals to Garima to wind up as soon as possible without giving the promised service . Lakme Marriage Road Aligarh has to understand that this will not work for long.Customers definitely look for the loyal service

We need to raise the feedback for Lakme salon situated at marris road, aligarh, uttar pradesh, we took their service on 3rd nov 23 during my sister-in-law marriage. Myself and my friend spend 11000 inr for the makeup but get extremely bad results afterwards. 1- The makeup artists are trainees and not experts. 2- They used local brands of lipsticks, foundations, liner etc.whe. We asked them they mention that the products are out of stock. 3- It was a water proof makeup however, it started to melt after 2hrs itself. 4- Due to local products, I got allergic reaction on the skin. 5- My Manager's attitude was very bad and rude when we raised our concerns next day, he refused to listen and started to talk with local slangs which were very rude and unprofessional. 6- we kept our temperament intact and still wanted to raise the concerns but there were no one who wish to listen. We happened to talk to Neha and garima over there both of them were over enthusiastic before i confirmed my booking but they showed their unruly behaviours after all that happened and talking to me in sarcastic tones. My intention to right this feedback is to highlight the concerns to the right person so, that the brand's impression should not get effected and a suitable action should be taken accordingly before it happens to other people too.

Worst experience. Booked my appointment for haircut but their staff is least bothered about their customer's time. When I reached on time they just refused me by saying that their hair specialist left some time before for some urgent work. Atleast they should have courtesy to inform me about it. Highly unprofessional behaviour.

I got a facial done by Ishrat mam .I like her work and all staff too good Thank you Ishrat mam
