*Absolutely horrible experience.* I trusted this salon for a Kerasmooth treatment and they completely burned the bottom half of my hair. When I went back to complain, they told me keratin would fix it -- I agreed, hoping for a solution -- but there was *ZERO improvement.* Don't be fooled by their fancy promises - this salon is the perfect example of how appearances can be deceiving. They ruined my hair, wasted my money, and completely disrespected my trust. Stay away if you value your hair and your hard-earned money! *I regret ever stepping in.*
