I want to thank to the entire team over there for the amazing job they did on my hair... I went in with an idea of what I wanted but knew it might not be possible because my hair was so dark to begin with but Tanzeem sir surprised not only himself but me as well. The color came out so great... I'm in love with it...if anyone wants hair color I definitely recommend Tanzeem sir I was there for hours but was not bored once, They're like a family and the atmosphere was great! It was my first time there and i will definitely be going there for my next hair color needs! Thank you For this beautiful hair color

Very unprofessional behaviour, I went for shaving every one was doing their own stuff not bothered about customer service.

The haircut services were not good. It was my 3rd time visiting this branch and to be honest, the staff is not experienced. During the last 2 visits, the hairdresser was good but this time he didn't get the idea of what style I wanted in my hair and didn't satisfy me. In order to show, he cut my hair too short in the beginning and then failed to style them. I will definitely not go again.

Made my day worst.. pathetic services.. of Civil Lines Awadh .. trainers used to take trail on your hairs.. I will advice please don't go there ..Feeling regret. I'm literally crying.. When telling the same to owner, please find there reply in the below screenshot. Also, I'm attaching the hair cut done by there end, when they got the same(issue in haircut) they had styled my hairs with curling road and dryer that's how they send the person happy faces. But after reaching home attaching that's what I got.

Salon is located on a main road easy to reach. The owner and staff both were friendly. I Am fully satisfied with the haircut and beard. Overall had a good experience.

Excellent work at reasonable price...! when it comes to chemical services like coloring,smoothning,rebonding,keratin etc.nothing else then Awadh in bareilly very knowledgeable and talented artist just keep calm and see yourself getting transformed into diva.

Only the main hairdresser provided professional service, the other supporting staff has lack of training, skill and knowledge. My hair were washed twice( because first time shampoo was not rinsed properly and second hair wash was done after the hair cut), then my hair were dried with full speed and heat which gave burning sensation on my scalp, after this no moisture left in my hair and in the end they said that I have frizzy hair( like I had no idea of my hair type thorough out my life) which they told me before hair wash as well and still they were not able to wash and dry them as per my hair type. I have been coming to the same hairdresser for several years but quality of the service is keep dropping. And after complaining reducing the amount of the bill is not the solution.
