I wanted to share our experience at Genteel Makeup Studio when we got our party makeup done from them. No matter which party makeup you select from their list, anyone who'll be available at that moment will do your makeup, irrespective of junior or senior and they are going to use the same makeup products as well. The staff themselves are pissed off from the owner, Ms.Dipika Sarkar because they were continuously complaining about her while doing our makeup. We were 3 people and each one of us were not satisfied with the way they attended us. The hairdo didnt last for more than 1 hour and we had to fix everything on our own at the end. Terrible experience and pathetic service from the team. Complete lack of management at the studio. The only good way to book them is to call them at your own venue if at all. My recommendation would be to not book her at all. There are much better options avbl in Bareilly.
