Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!! All the good reviews must be completely fake because what the hell is this place?!! It's a complete scam. Spending money here is basically throwing it in trash! The staff were very rude at the reception, and the masseuse was completely incompetent, rude, unprofessional and had ZERO SKILL. Would not recommend going there EVER! If i had zero stars to give, i would definitely do that. DO NOT GO TO THIS HORRIBLE SCAM IN THE NAME OF SPA!!

Went to Golden Door Spa today with my parents, and it was an absolute disaster. The receptionist was rude and dismissive, and the staff lacked even basic courtesy. The massager assigned to us was extremely unprofessional barely knew what they were doing, and it felt like they were just passing time. No skill, no care, no effort. My parents felt the same completely let down and uncomfortable throughout. This place is all show, zero substance. Avoid at all costs

3rd Class service unprofessional staff Even after massage couldn't take shower bcz of non availability of warm water . Will not visit again
