Extremely Disappointing Experience - Would Not Recommend I recently visited this salon for the second time, despite having hesitated due to a less-than-ideal first experience. Unfortunately, my second visit was even worse, and I feel compelled to share my feedback. During my first visit, I arrived in broad daylight to find the salon staff, including the manager, present but seemingly unprepared. The lights were dim, and the atmosphere felt more like people were lounging than working. When I asked if the salon was operational, I was told it was, but when I requested threading services, I was unexpectedly denied, even though there were plenty of staff members present. I decided not to pursue any other services, and even a haircut, which I had initially considered, was put on hold due to the unwelcoming environment. Fast forward to my second visit, where I had long hair that I had been growing out for four months, and I was looking forward to a fresh haircut. I showed the stylist a picture of the cut I wanted, but the result was nothing like what I had expected. The stylist completely butchered my hair, cutting it in a way that was entirely different from what I had shown. When I raised my concerns, he became defensive and argumentative. To make matters worse, other staff members were laughing and making disrespectful gestures from their seats, which only added to my frustration. To "compensate," I was told I could receive a complimentary haircut on my next visit. However, why would I return to a place that already ruined my hair in the first place? When they attempted to fix the damage, it only got worse. I deeply regret my decision to visit this salon, and I now feel stuck with a haircut I didn't ask for, which I've been unable to fix. It's clear that the owner, who works in the Merchant Navy and isn't present, has left the salon in the hands of incompetent staff who lack both skill and professionalism. The employees seem uninterested in providing quality service and instead appear to be more focused on getting through the day. In fact, a roadside barber could probably provide better service with more politeness, and at a fraction of the cost. Additionally, the salon seems completely indifferent to customer feedback. I've written this review with the hope that someone might take it seriously, but from my experience, it seems unlikely that anything will change. The management's lack of response to complaints is disappointing, and I doubt that they will take any steps to address the issues. In conclusion, I strongly advise against visiting this salon. While the establishment may be new, it is clear that the staff's lack of professionalism, skill, and customer service makes it a poor choice for anyone seeking quality service. If you value your time, and money, I recommend looking elsewhere.

Disappointing Experience - Manager Ruins It All! While the staff at this salon is decent and provides good service, the manager's unprofessionalism completely ruins the experience. The manager is rude, dismissive, and lacks basic customer service skills. It's clear they don't value their clients, and their attitude is pushing people away. The staff may be doing their best, but unfortunately, the manager's behavior is making the salon lose loyal customers. I can't recommend this place because no matter how good the staff is, the manager's unprofessional conduct overshadows it all. There are many other salons where you'll be treated with respect and care.
