I recently had the pleasure of visiting this place and I have to say, it was an experience like no other! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was welcoming and professional, and I immediately felt like I was in the hands of experts. The studio is impeccably designed, with a clean and stylish aesthetic that sets the perfect tone for a pampering session. I was fortunate enough to be paired with [Lucky Singh], and I truly cannot thank him enough for his exceptional work. He took the time to listen to my preferences and made sure to understand exactly what I was looking for. His attention to detail is unparalleled. The makeup was flawless, from the beautifully blended eyeshadow to the perfectly sculpted cheekbones. It looked natural yet elevated, exactly what I wanted for my special occasion. His professionalism, skill, and friendly demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. A huge thank you to [Lovely Singh] and the entire team at [Studio 11] for making me feel like a star. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for high-quality, personalized makeup artistry. You won't be disappointed!

I booked them for my engagement makeup there because of their lead makeup artist Mr. Lovely Singh and got to know that he no longer works there just two days before my event. I had to book another makeup artist . Also when I confronted their receptionist , she refused to give refund of the amount I paid at the time of booking.

I can't begin to describe how devastated I am by the appalling experience I had at this salon on my wedding day, 27TH NOVEMBER. I booked BRIDAL MAKEUP with LOVELY SINGH in JUNE, trusting that she would help me look my best on the most important day of my life. Instead, I was betrayed in the worst possible way. Just TWO HOURS before my wedding, I was told that LOVELY SINGH wouldn't be available. No prior notice, no apology--nothing. CELINA, the receptionist, was cold and indifferent, offering no explanation or solution. They handed me over to a junior artist named NEHA, who was not only inexperienced but also unbelievably RUDE. She even yelled at my family when we expressed our concerns. On my wedding day, of all days! I felt humiliated, heartbroken, and completely abandoned by the people I trusted. This salon RUINED what was supposed to be the happiest day of my life. Brides, please hear me: **DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE.** They will take your money, make promises, and then leave you hanging. They don't care about your special day--they only care about themselves. Avoid this nightmare at all costs! REPLY To YOUR RESPONSE 1. What you mentioned about "complimentary makeup" is completely irrelevant. Junior artist charges are far less than a senior artist's. 2. We arrived at the salon at 6 PM, and you claimed that Lovely Singh had to leave by 4 PM. Why didn't you inform us in advance? Do your customers mean nothing to you? Is this how you treat brides who trusted you for months? 3. The very next day, Lovely Singh was actively posting stories on Instagram. Are we seriously expected to believe that his wife's condition magically improved within hours? 4. It's clear that Lovely Singh and your salon prioritized a random last-minute booking over us, who booked well in advance. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for your clients. Your behavior was ignorant, rude, and completely unprofessional. You have no work ethics. Brides deserve better. Please quit the makeup industry and stop fooling people on the most important day of their lives.

22nd Nov 2024. Had suchh a horrible experience. I just came here because I have Studio11 in my own town as well and I know their work and infact my fiance also had high expectations from this parlour that's why he booked this salon for my special day. But this Studio11, Oh my God! The worst, I could say. They literally ruined my special day with a horrible makeup. Not just me but also for my bhabhi. My bhabhi literally had to wash her face to look a little normal. Plus they gave very cheap complimentary products in a "celebrity makeup" ( for eg : they gave rose petals on my juda and not roses or any kind of flower, simple juda pins, no fancy pins etc) and they had such rude employees who hardly listened to whatever we asked them to do. It felt like, I was looted over there. When we asked them that will you apply this or not? They just said "yes we will, we will do this that" and till the very end, they did nothing. In an hour my makeup was done. Just in an hour. Bridal makeup in an hour?? While booking they assured us that they will provide complimentary products as we wished in a celebrity makeup and didn't give a shit. And my goodness what product they applied on my face that I had breakouts on my skin from the very next day. I am feeling so down as a new bride. I can't even describe. We can litreally see how bad my makeup was on my pictures because asa I came to my venue my eyelashes were coming off and my dupatta was not tucked in a proper way. These lil mistakes that they did litreally ruined my whole effort, money, time and most important my pictures which no one can fix. And no matter how many times I told them to do it properly or fix the issue they just did nothing. I mean nothing...nothing they did properly. And there was this employee who called during my shoot and started arguing about some amount that was still needed to be paid. And I had no issues about that but the way she started to act rude and started calling me like numerous time after I was told that the amt was settled, I mean....she was like pay me in a sec and so.... Her name was Afsha. For such a reputable salon. I am really disappointed and would never suggest this parlour for special occasions to anyone. It sucked. They behaved so badly with us, just bec they thought that we are from out of town and we knew nothing, I mean Bareilly se bahar niklo bhai, India is pretty big. And we have Studio11 in our own town but I never faced such issue's over there. Just horrible experience. You ruined my special day. Studio 11. Chaat Bazar, Bareilly.
