While their services are good they are absolutely unprofessional in terms of their time management. Twice I took an appointment in advance, received a call on that day for confirmation but when I reached the salon the stylist was not available. I was asked to wait for an hour or come back at a later time. The staff needs to be trained to inform the customer upfront if the stylist is not available to not waste their time.
