Bella Makeovers

We recently took service at Bella Makeovers for my sister's wedding and engagement. The service is not at all satisfactory, they don't pay attention to their customers need just somehow focuses on finishing the makeup and thats it they don't care what you are requesting or asking them they will ignore and move on. I took party makeup package with that everything comes along with makeup dress and hairstyle. In makeup they don't pay attention to details they jst focus on finishing it. The makeup done was so bad and not at all looked like done by a professional. The makeup started to crack in just 15 mnts time and it was very dry and white with no color(that too after asking her to fix for one time) . Totally waste of money and time. We were just asking them to do the nail paint but they were ignoring after asking multiple times they just put such a pathetic color nail paint over my old nail paint only and that too was told by the owner to do so . They will not pay attention to your dress how it is done... generally in salons while wearing lehenga the people at salon will help you but they will just ask you to go and change yourself such heavy lehengas and don't care about it. It was such a bad attitude felt like they are doing a favour for you by doing your make-up. Not at all satisfied will not recommend anyone to take their services. If there was a zero star i would have given that. For my sister's hair style the curls just opened in 30 mnts and she had to come back to salon to get it fixed again as it was not looking good at all. I went for hair straightening but they also came back to normal in 3-4 hours although she was claiming that they will remain straight untill next wash. Overall will never visit them again and will not suggest anyone to visit them.
