Loreal Parlour

Our engaged program is on 3 dec 24,foundation was too heavy and loud, Remaining thngs is good..... Not a good salon. i had a pre bridal. they make fool of customer.i took their 2000 rupees pack for pre bridal in which their was clearly written they will provide o3 facial .but they did a normal facial and when i ask them they said owner provide them with this facial. i had previously took o3+ facial and i know how other salon do ,as the procedure is totally different, but loreal bulandshahar is pathetic.

I had a really bad experience with their service. They charged me 400 for a really simple cut and in the end my hair were not looking that good. In short I was disappointed with the haircut and prices.

They are looking to cheat and loot the customer specially that 'aunty'. Changes prices on spot and do not stay on agreed prices. Very pathetic and will not recommend as they are always looking to fill their pockets without providing the associated services.

They are very rude their way of talk is not good treats like they are doing 'ehsaan'
