The staff is skilled and good but their receptionist is very unprofessional and rude. I felt insulted and disgusted by her behavior. The customer whose bill is more is given preference over the first come first serve basis. However, avoided creating a scene there. This is a constructive feedback for the owner that should be taken into consideration for customer retention. The owner and working staff is good. I wanted to rate this salon 5 but the receptionist spoiled the experience.
