I was regular customer since inception ( last 3.5 yrs) and saw multiple ups and downs with this Brand. Initially, Services was good and they justify their charges. Now, i feel to change my rating from 4 to 1 which help to others. Below are major reasons. 1. Lack of experience service guy - i got service through new guy in every visit (in last 5 month). 2. Charges are higher end. But, Services are not upto the mark. 3. No clear communication about service and charge (start with complimentary services and charge added into bills). 4. Customer service is pathetic these days. But, Still few things are positive. 1. Clean environment. 2. Appointment are available.

Lovely enviroment with gud quality products and services.

I had a great experience visiting the parlour.Hairdresser are good and have great knowledge about the hair texture and product they used. They know a lot about skin types also.The place is very hygienic. Have different floors for men and women So that both can be comfortable. Have proper lighting. They use high quality products according to the skin type. No reaction after they use the product. There is complete peace, everyone can be in a relaxed mood. The waiting area is also good. Overall the parlour is very good. Must give it a try.

Good facility and resources to get a beautiful make over. The gentleman who is working there is very kind.
