I went to Alexa beauty salon suggested by a relative. The staff and owner are polite and welcoming. For that I'll give a 10 on 10 rating. Along with eye brows and upper lips, the major service that I took was a hair spa and Gold facial. The gold facial was good, the owner herself did the facial and she's quite skilled at it. Her pressure points are accurate so I would recommend her Gold facial. However, I didn't ask for the bleach, she still did that and charged me for it. So be precise with the services you are using or else you are in for surprises! Secondly, she didn't do black head removal which is a prerequisite in any facial. So, don't be shy in asking for services that come with the facial. On an average, I would give 8 on 10 rating. Coming to Hair spa, she used streax for my hair. The head massage was good and relaxing, the young staff who gave the massage was very good at it. The owner had mentioned, I would get hand massage too but I guess they completely forgot about it! You could go for their hair spa, it certainly brings a little shine on the hair but do not expect a drastic change in the texture of your hair, it won't happen. Globally, I'll give 7 on 10 rating for hair spa! Got hair cut too, which wasn't great! They could have done it better. On an average, it was a good experience and I would recommend using Alexa beauty parlour.
