*1/5 Stars - Disappointing Experience at Mr. and Mrs. Parlour Firozabad* I recently visited Mr. and Mrs. Parlour in Firozabad for hair straightening services, but unfortunately, the experience was subpar. The straightening job done by the stylist was not even and lacked professionalism. To my dismay, the straightening didn't last even an hour! My hair started to get wavy within 30 minutes to an hour, which was shocking. I expected a salon of this reputation to deliver better results. What's more disappointing is that the quality of straightening was something I could have easily achieved at home. I visited the salon expecting expertise and long-lasting results, but sadly, that wasn't the case. Unless the salon improves its services and techniques, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Very dissatisfied with the experience.

TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED BY THEIR SERVICE - Their staff is inexperienced especially the lady by the name of parul. I received cuts on my side of lips and eyebrows. When I complained about this at front desk her excuse was that my skin is too soft! Would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for a professional service.

I took a service fir hair straightening, they took, 8000 from me, but within one month my hair got damaged and hairs becomes curly! Worst service ever. @mr_and_mrs, firozabad

One of the Best salon I have ever visited.I am glad that I had @Muskan and Ananya as my makeup artist. She really did a wonderful job, the makeover she gave me was just fabulous. it was actually what I wanted it be. I am totally satisfied with them. Thank you so much dear for making my day special.

Had a great experience! The staff was so cooperative. The makeup artists and hairstylists were mastered in their field. I was amazed with the results. This salon is definitely recommend by my side. A GREAT THUMBS UP

The ambience is good, but they lack the most important thing which is the quality of service they have. The staff is inexperienced and doesn't know how to do certain things. They charge you like a brand but fail to provide quality services. I had a clean up and the guy who was doing it was literally rubbing my face like a road side barber. Very bad experience won't ever go back again.

Best experience of haircut done by Ananya jain. I am very satisfied with service. Team deals the customers with very polite nature and familiar behaviour. Stylist gives good suggestion and proper time to the customers, gives attention with full responsibility.
