NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE...TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! This was by far the worst service I have ever received. The experience was not only disappointing but also felt like an outright scam. The initial price estimate for the facial was completely misleading, and when the final bill arrived, it was 3.5 times higher than what was originally quoted! There was absolutely no transparency in pricing, and it felt like they were just trying to rip off customers. To make matters worse, the worker named DINESH was extremely unprofessional and manipulative. He pressured me into additional services without clearly explaining the costs, making the entire experience frustrating and dishonest. His attitude was dismissive, and he showed no concern for customer satisfaction--just a blatant push to charge more. This place does not care about customers; they only care about squeezing as much money out of you as possible. Avoid this place at all costs! And whatever you do, stay far away from DINESH. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Zero stars if I could!

I had the worst experience at this salon. I went for a hair blow-dry service, and the entire process was a disaster. When I arrived, there was barely any staff available, and I specifically asked if they could do the service quickly since I was running late. They assured me they would, but after starting, they made me wait unnecessarily for an extended period. To make matters worse, there's a makeup artist named Dinesh who was incredibly rude. When I kindly asked him to speed up the process, he used harsh and unprofessional language, which was completely uncalled for. This was an awful experience, and I would not recommend this salon to anyone. The service was terrible, and the staff's attitude was worse. Definitely not coming back!

Worst haircut of my life...they don't have trained hairdresser. The middle aged man just ruined my hair...while cutting my hair he was rude and kept insulting that I have bad hair. Then he didn't wanted to blow dry my hair...when i said to do it the he just did it on hair ends. When i said I'm not happy with haircut he said you don't have good hair..what can I do? Ridiculous staff and services are extremely poor I guess the rating he got on Google and just dial is paid and fake.
