I recently visited the salon for both hair and makeup services, and I had a wonderful experience. Mahir, who handled my hair color, was exceptional--he made sure to deliver the exact results I wanted, taking the time to explain each step and the products used. Over the course of two days, he meticulously worked on my hair for two events, and I was beyond happy with the outcome. While the management could improve in terms of responsiveness and organization, most of the staff were welcoming and accommodating.

One of the worst service experiences I've ever had. This place is all about making money off customers by aggressively pushing memberships and Geetanjali cards, without delivering quality service in return. I've membership and card both...I visited here for the first time only because of the Geetanjali name--I had no idea about 'the studio'. My facial experience was terrible, my haircut experience was average....I asked for a refund, and while they initially agreed, they completely denied it when I went there in person. Now I'm stuck with a card worth 12k, and every time I try to book a service, the answer is always the same: 'Sorry ma'am, no one is available right now.' I wouldn't ever go back if my money wasn't stuck with them. The only person worth mentioning here is Shreya--she's actually from Geetanjali and knows how to provide proper service. As for the new receptionist--she's outright rude and absolutely clueless about basic customer service. No greeting, no courtesy--just plain arrogance. Totally unacceptable.

I got a haircut after a decade, and I absolutely love my new look! Huge thanks to Saleem for this amazing transformation, he truly understood what I wanted and delivered the best results.

Poor Service & unprofessional staff behaviour - My mother had booked an appointment for both of us at 1:00 PM for a haircut and other services. Due to personal reasons, I arrived late, and the reception staff informed me that my mother would have to wait an additional 45 minutes for her haircut. She was fine with waiting. However, after waiting for 50 minutes, I was called for a hair wash while my mother was asked to wait longer. After another 20 minutes, she was informed that her hair wash could not be done as the person responsible was unavailable. After waiting for over an hour, my 59-year-old mother had to leave without receiving any service. What made the experience worse was the staff's complete lack of apology or concern for the inconvenience caused. I expected a far more professional and organized service from a reputed salon like Geetanjali. This experience was highly unprofessional and disappointing. I hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure better service and accountability from your staff in the future.

Today visited Vaishali sector 4 branch and got this cool haircut. It's so good and easy to carry. Stylist Saleem helped me with this. He completely changed my look which is so amazing. In love with my new look.

Pleasant service given by Geetanjali Vaishali Salon. I went there for a Hair wash and Haircut. The staff was really nice specially Monish who made sure that I feel comfortable and confident enough in the look and hairstyle I requested. Overall highly recommended to everyone.

I had a wonderful experience at Geetanjali. The salon was clean and welcoming. My stylist, Mahir and Shahzad , they were very skilled and listened to my requests. They gave me a fantastic hair colour (Balayage) that I love, they did an amazing job. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this salon to others
