Warning: Be cautious when dealing with Grace N Look Beauty Salon My sister recently booked bridal services from Grace N Look Beauty Salon, and unfortunately, the experience was marred by the owner's unprofessional behavior. Despite paying a substantial amount of close to 50,000 rupees, we were never provided with any written documentation or bills for the services rendered. The owner consistently demanded cash payments without issuing any receipts or invoices. To make matters worse, the owner would often argue over trivial matters, claiming that certain services were not included in the package, despite initially assuring us that everything was covered. This lack of transparency and inconsistency in communication led to a great deal of stress and frustration. Important advice to potential customers: Before availing of any beauty services, please ensure that you get everything in writing. Demand a detailed invoice for every payment you make, and insist on a comprehensive breakdown of the services included in the package. Do not rely on verbal assurances or promises, as these can be easily reneged on. In our case, the absence of written documentation made it difficult to resolve disputes or seek recourse. We hope that by sharing our experience, we can caution others against falling into the same trap. Be vigilant, and always prioritize transparency and accountability when dealing with service providers.

My experience with this place was bad. The owner is very rude and says things that hurt customers mentally. She argues with customers in a rude way. No one wants to argue with her. She promises things but then changes her mind and makes a scene. Even after asking many times, nothing is given in writing, and she changes the rules to suit herself. If you don't agree, she shouts at you, insults you, and makes you feel small. I don't recommend this place. Please think carefully before going there, based on my own experience of being treated badly.

Booked this salon for my sister's bridal makeup and i now highly regret my decision. I had a horrible experience with the owner, staff and the services. Owner is extremely rude. Owner and staff is not in sync. Everyone sings their own songs. The owner is too greedy. She fought and harassed me and the bride for an amount which we were not supposed to pay. Owner stoops down to blackmailing and physical violence. The products used were of low quality and bride got pimples after the wedding. No receipt is given for any advance payment made and later they forget that customer paid advance and engage in verbal arguments. I was always told that everything for the bride is included in the package(i visited salon thrice before the wedding just to check this multiple times) and later we were told that few services were not part of the package. FYI, the package cost was 52k. Even after paying hefty amount of 52k for 2 makeups the owner engaged in a verbal argument with the bride that too over an amount of 500. This is a clear indication of someone illiterate and insensitive. Atleast should have left the bride and spoken with the family. That girl was enjoying the biggest and happiest days of her life. Overall, please do not go this place. There are far far better salons available in Ghaziabad that knows how to treat customers better and provide quality services for the amount charged. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Sorry to say but this beauty salon has to be the worst experience ever. Bad service, worst and rude owner. Doesn't stay on her words at all, changes statements accordingly and as per her convenience. No coordination between the staff and the owner as none of them know what is included or excluded in the packages. I was left with a headache from the stress i had there in between my functions.The staff are unfriendly and an awful atmosphere. I would never return to this salon even if they offered me a free services. They are desperate for customers just to take money which in the first place they say are not included in the packages.

Worst experience. We booked for bridal makeup and bride had pimples after the makeup. We paid huge amount of money just to get low quality products used for the makeup. Additionally, owner is too rude to handle. She engaged in a verbal argument with us on the day of the function and I am sure no one would want that. Please be cautious before choosing this place for your big day. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Best place for all Beauty Services. The name is well justified. Your looks turn graceful. The products used are branded and lot of attention and care is taken for hygiene. Staff is trained and tested regularly. I am a regular here for past 17 years and always find this place keeping pace with new products, new technologies and upgrades.

Inhuman owner. Greedy and mannerless. We booked service of huge amount. At every point we were forced to have services promised as included and then robbed by demanding charges for them later. when we were Questioning this to the owner, we were humiliated. To an extent that we were threatened to be visited and confronted physically. Any reasoning is impossible with them ans any question asked is unacceptable to the owner Mannu Gupta's Ego. We ended up being bullied and paying extra for things that were included or complimentary. The argument given will include," everything cannot be given in written" , "staff will say anything i am not responsible for them". They even demanded us to pay in Cash only and we are not given a bill till date. You are advised to proceed with caution, take everything in written, and look out for so called included/complimentary services.
