Today me and my mother got our makeup done by IBL makeover. And I have to say it was beautiful. From makeup to hairstyle to their service, everything was absolutely amazing. The artist and their team is completely professional and easy to talk to. Their understanding of person's need as well as their time, is what made my experience extremely wonderful.

I had a disappointing experience at this salon. During my waxing session, I ended up with burn marks, which was very painful and completely avoidable with proper care. Additionally, while getting my eyebrows threaded, I got a small cut, which shows a lack of precision and caution. I expected a professional and safe service, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case.I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this place unless they improve their services.

I had a pretty good experience. Very polite and courteous staff. Amazing services. The ambiance is relaxing, and the results are beyond satisfying. A must-visit for anyone looking for quality beauty treatments. :)
