FRAUD alert!! The artists are unskilled and lack basic skills like saree draping. They increase prices of services after you start service. Don't waste your money here. They also forcefully tell you to give good reviews.

I had an amazing experience at the Salon. Kamal did an excellent job with my haircut--perfectly styled and exactly how I wanted it. Muskaan's body polish treatment was equally fantastic, leaving my skin feeling smooth and rejuvenated. The staff is professional, friendly, and attentive to details. Highly recommend their services to anyone looking for top-notch care. Will definitely be coming back!

I had a great experience with Kusum. She did a great job at doing my make up for my son's birthday party. The makeup was on point and up to my expectations. Her team member Umika was very helpful as well and understood my expectations very well. The team very well delivered what I asked for.

The services are really fantastic. Pulkit is hair expert who will give you awesome hair color and a nice haircut. Really happy with hair color. I also tried services for skin and I must recommend Kusum for this. Overall very polite and professional staff

Feedback: 1. Low quality haircut! 2. Worst Lakme customer support! Reason: I got designer haircut yesterday (Sept 17) from Lakme Vaibhav Khand, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad from Mr. Pulkit. I want to share my concern, there are multiple issues with my haircut: 1. Left side of Crown area has a BIG hair-patch which is longer than right side. 2. Back side has longer hair at the BOTTOM and short hair at top. This is completely illogical why it is cut like that! 3. Small patch of hair behind left hair is longer than right side. Please find attached pictures and bill for reference. Lakme Designer haircut cost is 1800rs. I paid 1260rs because of "Trendy Tuesday" Discount. Honest feedback from me is that even 50rs haircut looks better than this. Please confirm if Lakme can provide me corrective haircut from different hairdresser or shall I try to get my haircut fixed elsewhere. Request you to please let me know should I wait for someone to reach out to me for help or not. Looking forward to hearing from you. Latest update: I fixed my hair at a different salon. I took service of Threading nd upper lips peel off. Staff is good. Ambience is good. Kusum mam is expert and it was really good experience.
