These people are complete cheats! I saw their Instagram post offering keratin treatment for just 999 so I decided to visit the salon. There, I met a hairdresser named Sam Malik who was very convincing but charged me 2500 instead. While working on my hair, he constantly pushed me to buy shampoo and conditioner from his salon. I told him I use De Fabulous, but he persuaded me to buy it from him. I paid the full amount and he promised to deliver the shampoo to my doorstep within 2 hours. I waited all day but when I called, he said the person who was getting it for me had met with an accident. He then told me to wait for another 2-3 days. After more waiting and calls, I requested a refund, which was in early July. It's now September 15, and I still haven't received it. I contacted the owner in the first week of August, who assured me that he would deduct the amount from his salary and refund it to me within 4-5 days. Days have passed, I keep on messaging him and he keeps on telling me that he is paying the amount immediately but he just doesn't send me the amount. In fact, he is rude while replying to my messages!! To top it off, the keratin treatment damaged my hair, making it unhealthy and causing severe hair fall. I would never recommend this salon to anyone.
