The facilities are well-maintained, and the staff is skilled and professional, ensuring a satisfying experience. Another plus point is its prime location near the railway station, making it easily accessible. However, the only drawback I found was the lack of a waiting room for gents. I had to wait outside when I took my niece for an ear piercing. This can be especially tough for men and husbands who accompany their wives--they might need to wait outside and reflect on their life choices! If they improve this, the experience would be perfect. Overall, a great place for beauty and hair care!
