I'm extremely disappointed with the service. The staff seemed inexperienced and lacked the basic knowledge of their job. The treatments I availed were subpar, and the overall experience was not worth the charges. The staff was slow, unresponsive, and didn't seem to care about customer satisfaction. The ambiance was also not impressive, and the hygiene could be improved. Considering the prices they charge, I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, the parlour failed to deliver on all fronts. Unless they revamp their service and staff, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone
