I had an amazing experience at Aroma by Jyoti Tripathi,The makeup was flawless and truly enhanced my features. I received so many compliments throughout the day, The staff was professional, attentive, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. They listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it perfectly. The products used were high-quality, and the look lasted all day without any touch-ups needed. It was definitely worth every penny, and I would highly recommend Aroma by Jyoti Tripathi. to anyone looking for professional, top-notch makeup services. I'll definitely be returning special thank you for Jyoti MAM..

Let me give you an unhinged opinion. The receptionist was totally unprofessional and extremely rude. My sister was given an appointment of 10 am and she (the makeup lady) was 2 hours late and my sister was atleast 2 hours late on her own wedding. And to top off this pathetic experience the staff became extremely redundant towards the time constraint of the wedding. Extremely disappointed with the service that was provided to me. I'd only recommend you this place if you think you can handle with this level of unprofessionalism.

Aroma is hype in gorakhpur . I have booked bridal makeup and they have used worst product on my face and the person who has done my makeup was so rude and they dnt listen to cleint . Thae think what they know is best. I have had very bad experience from aroma and their employees. They are charging so much and not even using single branded products .Brush and all the makeup kit was dirty and wet . Dnt know when they have washed that.Beacause of that makeup people can get infection and pimples.I will never recommend anyone to go there and spend money for those worst product and services.

They always overbook, don't have enough staff to cater everyone. The staff was not taking care of details they didn't had basic equipments like mang tika gum they were using some double sided tape, too much mess & delay of work. If you don't want your wedding look to get ruined don't book here.

I took theparty makeup. The price is too high and i also give money for advance hair. But the service is not up to mark.it was just okay okay. Kindly reduce the price. Also at the time of hairstyle my skin got burn by your staff. It is not by intension but my skin burn

I had a terrible experience at this salon. The staff was unfriendly. 2. I waited for 30 minutes before being attended to, and even then, the service was subpar. 3. The stylist seemed completely uninterested in my needs and did a rushed job.
