The service is average(with respect to price) and the behaviour one lady( main incharge) is not good. I visited once with my mother for facial her way of talking shows arrogance. The entrance of salon is worst.

Mr. Vijay is truly amazing. He is super confident and very talented. He did my engagement make-up and it came out exactly as I imagined or i can say beyond my imagination. He understands a person's unique features and works his magic. He was super professional and understood everything I said as to what I wanted. He even finished the makeup before the expected time. Not worth the hype. I dont know about their makeup skills n all, but i went there for basic haircut. i just wanted bangs and wanted my split ends trimmed. The whole process took about half an hour and during that time the barber imraan, said three to four times,"mam bahot khraab hai aapke baal, hair spa karao this n that". Maybe that guy is telling the truth, but bina kisi smoothening, straightening aur blow dry ke kisi ke bhi normal hair slightly dry n frizzy lagta hi hai. The guy is very unprofessional, patanhi kaun si jaldi mei hai. The ladies at the reception are busy operating their phones. All in all it is a very average salon. Dont be fooled by the reviews just how i got decieved.
