Beauty zone mac salon & academy Baldev plaza Golghar & Reti chauk ghantaghar gorakhpur and home salon

Today I visited Beauty Zone Salon at Golghar and paid for a package deal. Unfortunately, I didn't receive the full service as promised. The staff lacked professionalism and proficiency in their work. _Issues with the Service_ - Did not receive the full service as paid for - Owner's behavior was unacceptable and unprofessional - No refund or apology offered - Burnt underarm due to improper waxing technique _Unacceptable Customer Service_ When I brought my concerns to the owner's attention, they were extremely rude and dismissive. As a paying customer, I expect respect and a certain level of service. The fact that I was burnt during the waxing service and received no apology or compensation is appalling. _Recommendation_ I would advise others to avoid Beauty Zone Salon due to their poor service, unacceptable customer service, and risk of injury. There are better options available that value their customers' safety and satisfaction. Rating: 1/5 stars (Unfortunately, I couldn't give a negative rating)

Such a warm and welcoming salon and whenever you walk in, you feel comfortable. Decor is beautiful too! great experience.
