H&M

I got my hair styled at H&M and my oh my am I pleased with the result. I had heard a lot about the salon previously but this was my first hand experience. I'll be attaching a pic alongside so it's pretty evident, the quality that is. The staff is super friendly and caters to your needs. A really pleasant thing is that they don't force their opinions on you which a lot of stylists do. Fun fact, the owner of the salon is a thorough professional who's work I witnessed way back in Lucknow about 10 years ago and I'm not gonna lie, all these years later, damn, he lives upto his reputation. I'd like to add that the staff is equally trained good and although at first glance the salon looks a bit small compared to yk, Lakme or Habib Salons, trust me when I say that H&M is value for money compared to the so called "branded" ones. I wish to thank the staff for providing me with a very comfortable 3 hours. I am very pleased with the results! Much love to H&M

Nice staff and skilled barbers, overall nice experience. Overpriced for sure, but I am a regular customer for the fact that one of the barber knows my cut.

It's more of a teaching school ... Staffs r not professional at all.. i been there for hair cut and face cleaning.. the guy who cut my hair was seems like intern... For face massage some other person was telling him how to perform that ... They don't even have face massage machine..told me ki repair meh gayi hai ...higly disappointed...charged 800 for face cleaning and service was very poor..

I went for the hair cut at H&M and what an experience I had!! It's probably the best hair cut that i ever had. The hair stylist was so skilled and professional and he styled my hair exactly the way I wanted. If you are looking for styling your hair, I will strongly recommend visiting H&M.

If a list of best salons in Gorakhpur is made then this will also be one of them, I would not be exaggerating in saying this.

Gorakhnath Road branch is only after money from Female customer. I went to this place for shaving (100 Rs) and hair cut (200 Rs) I was having my shaving then suddenly a lady came and all his attention gone to her. Obviously he knows he will earn more commission on her work. He did a worst and super fast hair (in my entire past) cut just to attend her. Very poor and simple hair cut like we can get what is offered at Rs 20 hair cut saloon, not bcoz I m angry but really they did a 20 Rs hair cut for 200 Rs. I did not utter a word their bcoz punishing them by writing on social media is more effective. They need to avoid greedy behavior and focus on customer satisfaction.
