The waiting area is in poor condition. There are no air conditioners, and they didn't offer any water. The lift service is unavailable, making the hygiene of the place very concerning, especially if you come with a family member.

Had a great experience at the best salon in Gorakhpur! Staff was friendly, place was clean, and my haircut and facial turned out really good. Recommended!

I went there for the first time. The hair spa was good. Rest the manicure & pedicure & cleanup was not good. There was no massage, I didn't feel relaxed. The staff particularly was rude & lacked empathy . There was mean remarks made by the staff about the customers hair , skin color etc. The staff was lazy, gossipy & judgemental about the customers. This made my whole experience worse. I wanted to get more services done but I didn't. The owner should look into this matter for a more pleasant & professional environment. Won't go there again

I had visited Juvena for the very first time. Owner herself assist her customer,she is so calm and helpful. Staff is also very polite. The best thing is that they don't misguide but they educate about skin care. They don't pressurize you to get any treatment and they prevent you take any such treatment which is not needed to your skin.

Best place for any skin or hair needs. My skin and hair have never been this flawless. People keep complementing me, after I became little regular in following recommed skin and hair care regimens recommended by Medha mam . I was always the same but by following the routines I feel I have fallen in love with my self a little more and what a beautiful way it is to connect to thyself that nobody has never taught us before. So me looking beautiful to anyone anywhere half of the credit goes to genetics of course, but rest to my very beloved and dearest Medha mam and the hard working team of Juvena that relentlessly works hard every day in processing dispatching orders on time, answering all the concerns, queries very quickly. I had a very good experience with the makeup, it was exactly how i wanted it to be. The staff is very helpful and nice and they make sure everything is in place personally and ma'am is very very keen about every single detail from your outfit to makeup.
