L'OREAL PROFESSIONAL SALON (Affinity)

One of the worst makeup jobs I have seen , requested for a natural look for my sister for her engagement ceremony with pre bridal services , was confirmed a package rate , however was charged additional for the things already included in the package as was discussed. low quality products were used that are generally used in mua training ,that did not suit her skin type making the makeup appear rough and cakey with yellow cast was also not waterproof. Her hair was also not styled well with uneven product application making the hair look brittle and rough. We had paid extra for manicure but the hand nail paint was one of the worst , with it being chipped Even on application just few hours back .

I will be very honest with my review. I have been and will be staunch supporter of the brand this salon is trying to create from Gorakhpur. The homely environment and the excellence achieved in the service levelis truely appreciable. It is a one stop solution to me for the subject matter and it has been my constant recommendation to everyone looking for a quality and sophistication in a salon services. I would love to see you guys do the same work in the other cities of our state.

Best experience...the staff is very helpful and cooperative especially Jaya. Hair stylist is awewome. He knows his craft extremely well. Overall totally satisfied with the services. Pls visit once.

Such a worst experience.. They had charged 2500 rupees only for bun hairstyle and they didn't had lipstick,bindi,kajal general stuff ... I will suggest you guys better get ready at home or nearby salon but never go to loreal salon..there only wastage of money.. They are simply charging the customer ,just name sake on loreal... They are totally unprofessional staff ... Apart from all above my experience when I asked for card payment,they told they won't accept card and they need cash only .they started arguing with me and finally somehow I have given cash.... Such kind of salon should be closed .....
