Staff behaviour was good but the salon is very money oriented more than work. The products they use aren't good.

Hygienic feel is missing. You see hair all inside the droor and UV treatment of tools is not available. Being in service industry, hospitality is missing. Appointment is for name sake. Shehzad is good hair dresser, pedicure and manicure is satisfactory. Not good experience with other dresser. Front desk has to be more experienced person from industry.

I've been a loyal customer since this place opened, but it's impressive how little they value their customers. After starting to call them at 9:48 AM, I finally got an appointment at 11--not because they were fully booked, but because the people handling the calls were doing such a stellar job. They graciously gave me a 10:15 appointment for 11, and when I arrived at 11, I got the delightful sight of someone else casually getting a shave. Of course, I was told it would take another 15-20 minutes, despite me explicitly mentioning I had a flight to catch and needed to leave ASAP. Customer value? What a concept! It's sad, but I won't be rushing back here anytime soon. Unprofessional is an understatement.

Super disappointing The hair cut guy was casually juggling between my haircut and his other work and could not even suggest anything when asked. Not worth your time and money.

My experience on 21st July 2024 was quite poor. The salon cannot handle beyond a certain number of people. Inspite of prior appointment that was confirmed and subsequently reconfirmed by the salon, I had to wait, which was still okay. However, the wait kept on getting longer and there was no satisfactory response by the salon staff. After waiting for a reasonable period of time, I left the salon. The salon that had called me to confirm whether I was coming for my appointment did not bother to call or ask why I had left or where I was. Of course, that was because they may have known that their service was pathetic. Please avoid this place, if possible and opt for one that knows how to provide service because this place doesn't.

I had a frustrating experience at this salon. Waited 10-15 minutes without explanation, and when the stylist finally came, he couldn't handle my request, making me wait for another stylist. Poor communication and service left me disappointed.

THE WORST!!! Horrible Experience! Rude staff, no hospitality, appointments are just for namesake, no genuine and good experience and so they give lousy advices. They keep forcing you to get a hairwash even if you have washed them the same day. The haircut barely made any difference. They cut dry hair and the styling is even worse. Lacks professionalism and hygiene is literally questionable.

Below average service, disappointed writing this review after visiting and trying for multiple times. Staff rushed us and the majority of them performed the under par services. Won't return.
