i used to take services from a renowned home salon company. This is the first time i tried as i could not get appointment from my previous website. I must say Beautyglad proved themself. Beautician Kajal came on time and she was really a trained and a professional beautician. she used mono-dose and opened the product in front of me, she used disposable as well. I really liked their services and highly recommend them.

I had booked an appointment for 6:15 pm and they kept on shifting the appointment. I was told the beautician will come at 6:30 pm. Nobody came or contacted till 7:30 pm and later they said they can't come. I was rescheduled for next morning at 7 am but again nobody turned up. I had to keep on calling myself and nobody got in touch with me.

5 star for the service and beautician. They use genuine products. But they really need to improve app and need to take care little bit customer support. Need to be quick in providing response to customer query. Overall a pleasant experience.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHAME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I booked the service(only haircut, range is - Rs. 149) from their website and It got confirm. As well as I got confirmation mail along with booking id. But I had a confusion so I called the respective person to check it, then I come to know there is a minimum amount to book the home service. But while I was booking there is nothing mentioned in their website related to minimum amount of booking and no one informed us about the thing . Apart from it my request was confirmed. I don't know which type of customer service they are providing. So the conclusion is if I didn't call them I couldn't come to know that they are not coming and I will wait for their worst customer service. SHAME!!!!!!!!!

I have recently shifted from Delhi to Greater Noida and was looking for salon services at home. I found BeautyGlad in Google and booked BeautyGlad services yesterday. I must say these people are just awesome. Beautician was so polite and humble. She used the product after verifying the brand. she maintained good hygiene. Over all experience was awesome. Beautyglad has become my permanent beauty partner now! Thanks BeautyGlad!

I was little hesitating calling beautician at home due to safety reason but I need the services urgent so called BeautyGlad. Very Hygienic! Beautician was on time and she was wearing mask, gloves and cape. She changed them with new one in front of me and sanitized the hands and tools. Used monodose and all disposables. I would highly recommend BeautyGlad to everyone.
