I had an extremely disappointing experience at this salon. The service was third-class, and the staff was highly unprofessional. From the moment I walked in, there was a complete lack of hospitality, the stylists seemed disinterested, and the service felt rushed and careless. However, the only exception was Saurav, the pedicure and manicure specialist, who was professional and skilled at his work. He was polite and handled his responsibilities well, unlike the rest of the staff. Overall, I would not recommend this salon to anyone--if you value your time and money, it's best to avoid this place.
