I visited the salon today for a haircut and beard trim, and I was thoroughly impressed. The place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The staff were not only friendly and welcoming but also highly skilled and professional. They made me feel completely at ease throughout the experience. Their hospitality stood out, they even offered water and coffee, ensuring I was comfortable and never bored during the service. The overall experience was top-notch, and I'd rate it a solid 10/10. I'll definitely be visiting again!

Around three months, still not recovered! This is the first time I am writing a review and a detailed one . Well, I, my mother and sister have pursued multiple services from the and each is of lowest quality with a very bad behaviour. 1) our Haircut so bad that it's humiliating. Totally different from we asked for. Stylist was silently forced by the then receptionist to give a haircut and learn the skill. Are we just dummies to them to experiment with? 2) when it comes to waxing , they do use refined oil. I strongly doubt their Rica wax is a copy product and not original one. 3)Face cleanup was so bad that it made face more dull and dusty. They apply thin layer product that too a duplicate one. And also misses on various steps in the process and on asking , gives excuses that she was pregnant but then why was this not informed before or any consent or any prior information given. Days after confrontation if this excuse comes then the obvious reading is that it's just an excuse, Nothing more. 4. Also they have poor pricing policy for they lack transparency as they create " on the spot" offers quoting different prices to different customers at the same time. Had to write this for the trauma that we faced. They were good previously when they started but only to deteriorate later to the lowest point.

I had my haircut and pedicure done and i'm so happy with it, they did a very good job the hospitality and the salon was very clean and hygienic.. im so happy and will definitely come back..

I was struggling to get a good and hygenic salon for hair botox. Venusa gave me a nice styling but not a good customer service. You guys should focus on customer service. I left my spectacles mistakenly in the salon and I called for the same as I had to go office next day and they were power glasses. They close at 9pm and since i lived afar and was stuck in jam I requested them to wait but I reached sharp at 9. They didn't wait or even had the courtesy to call back. Next day my sister went to pick it up and they said we waited till 9.15. Don't want to say but yes the truth is you guys are liar's as well. Sorry if that is harsh but you should really work on it. If this wouldn't have happened I would have definitely visited again and referred as well but not anymore.
