Im a regular customer since last 8 months.Service is wonderful.good quality products used.staff is well behaved and trained.especially ms ANJU..she really have a skilled hand since im quite sensitive to pain but when she does my waxing.i can barely feel any pain. And all the other staff members are very well trained and polite and helping..im looking forward to visit more often. Really happy with the service..and kuddos to ms ANJU for truly being an excellent beauty professional

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting CYRUS MATHEW, and I must say it was one of the worst encounters I have ever had at a parlor. The behavior of the owner LADY and their team was not only rude and aggressive but also led to a distressing situation on the verge of physical violence. From the moment I entered, I was greeted with hostility by the parlor owner. Her aggressive demeanor created an uncomfortable atmosphere and completely disregarded the basic principles of customer service. The lack of professionalism displayed by the owner was truly disheartening. What was even more shocking was the behavior of the team members, particularly the boys associated with the parlor. Instead of defusing the situation, they actively engaged in the confrontation and made matters worse. This level of unprofessionalism and the potential for physical violence is utterly unacceptable in any establishment. NOTE: Please DO NOT GO there and if you are going, go on your risk. I wish if I could have option to upload video. Don't fall in trap for coupon card.

True feedback! Hope this helps you. I have been there for the waxing, hair style and keratin services. They are charging very high amount like metro cities and what they provide are local services. Same services I can get in half price almost. I was very disappointed after each service. Staff is not very professional and they do not have the hospitality culture at all. Just earning money on the name of brand.

I am a regular customer since last 2 years.with my personal experience i can say that this is one of the best salons i have visited..ms ANJU who truely shows what a beauty professional should b like..the ambience is great,staff is well trained and polite.products used by them are of utmost superior quality.they advice you honestly which is best for you rather than just trying to manipulate you..this is what i seek in my beauty professinals.which ms ANJU surely have and all other remainnig staff as well. Keep up the good work

I personally liked the service, Appreciate the crew, especially Mr. Lucky is very well behaved and learned person. Very comfy ambience. They all are doing really good job. Well done

It was the worst experience dat I spend1500 on ur salon ..half of the time they give excuses that bookings are already full and another time they give excuses that services are closed for karwa season and marriage season & now they are saying card validity for 6 months only I will never recommend this salon and yes behaviour was also very rude of some staff member
