I would not recommend this parlour to anyone. I arrived at 6 pm after confirming over the phone, only to find the staff sitting on the floor chatting, playing, and talking on their phones. When one girl approached to ask what I needed, she made a rude face upon hearing my request. Inside, I overheard her discussing with the others about asking me to come back the next day. I reminded them that I had called ahead, so there shouldn't be a problem. The girl who gave me the appointment then came out and told me they couldn't help as they were about to leave for the day. I questioned why she had given me the time slot if they weren't available, and she responded with attitude and started arguing. Her tone was shocking, and the receptionist did nothing to intervene. This place has the rudest staff with no respect for their customers' time.
