I would give zero stars if I could. I came to this salon to get my hair done for one of the most important events in my life -- my brother's wedding, and they completely ruined it. I showed them clear pictures of what I wanted, and explained it multiple times, but somehow they still managed to butcher my hair. Uneven layers, choppy ends, and nothing like what I asked for. The guy partitioned my hair and cut it extra short on one side which was unfixable. The name says "certified" and blah blah but the staff is not skilled and they will just be experimenting on your hair. I will never recommend anyone to go to this place especially if it's for an important occasion. Save yourself the heartbreak and go somewhere else.

Very good and professional service. stylish reeta was very friendly and did a great job . She gave me an amazing haircut and hair colour streaks. I'll definitely visit again

I wish there was zero star option to give. I took their expensive pre-bridal, even the mani-pedi was not done properly and they did not even bother to use the steamer during the facial. Then I booked groom and side makeup and they used the same shade foundation and lipstick for everyone. They did not even carry basic stuff like rolling comb or hair dryer to the venue. Most of the makeups looked plasticky. The basic draping skills were also lacked in all their staff members. Almost everyone got skin allergy or pimple as they do not maintain basic hygiene like using separate blender for each client or using clean brushes. I will never recommend this salon to anyone. Its just a fancy looking expensive salon with low service quality.

Bhavya kapoor the best salon in jhansi and amazing all tha staff are friendly , welcoming and so helpful. i wouldn't dream of going to another salon and I am happy to recommend this salon
