I had the worst experience at the salon, I went there two days ago and I wanted to get my extensions removed and get a new set of acrylic extensions done to begin with. They were pretty unprofessional. They did not know that we have to use a dissolution for the glue of extension, she manually started to literally pull extensions out of my actual nails. Then she was so brutal like the drill machine touched my skin. So many times I had to constantly tell her that it's hurting me. It's hurting me and she would hardly listen to me on top of that. It was was ruthless and said that I am very professional and this is how it's supposed to be, and my extensions were originally from Bangalore, and I was just getting them removed over here, and this was my hundredth time to get the extension done, so I knew that would not be the case. Things went off the roof when she literally took the nail cutter and little pierced into my skin and my nails started bleeding. She was not even apologetic about it. She just said I'm sorry that I hurt you, but she was like I'm very professional, and this does not happen time and time again. she they made me charge the full price. Of course, I did not get the extension done from there, but the removal and whatever so I would like suggest whoever is coming from out of the city's. When the hometown is Jhansi and getting their nails changed, remove do not go over there. They might be good for services, but nails and nail extensions, horrible staff, and a horrible experience.

Worst experience.. Fake number is given on google page i called them and receptionist lady disconnected the call by saying wrong number Fake people's not at all recommended

Very bad service. No clue of designs and even worse finishing. 3.4k went in shit.

I got pedicure ,manicure and root touch up done . Kavita did my pedicure and it was very good .Kavita is aware of customer service and she is very professional. Akhilesh did a good job matching my global color with the root touch up color. All in all good experience compared to last time

I had my engagement makeup done from there and Komal did my makeup just for half an hour it was stable after that it went gray and black, all caky, and my eyes got swelled and red due to eye lashes. Not at all worth money. Very unhappy and unsatisfied because all my pictures got spoiled because of the makeup.

Akhilesh did a great job with the hair color. it was just exactly what i wanted. i also had nails extensions and nail art done by Robin. my nails look beautiful. And the pedicure was so relaxing that i dozed off for a while. staff is patient and soft spoken also understands the customer requirements. definitely recommended.

Gel polish done. Had an appointment, still made to wait. The guy doing the nail art was talented as the design itself was excellent. But the polish has already chipped off in a week. So quality of polish is very poor. Also the nail guy was in a hurry. He kept buffing my nails while looking elsewhere and had no interest in the quality of the work. The polish has turned out uneven. On the whole, less than satisfactory experience. Will not go back.
