Pathetic place with toxic staff. When i went there, there were only 3 people out of which one girl was fine, second girl is a sort of dummy girl who is maybe a learner and does nothing but the third man working there is such a negative person who kept on taunting me for one thing or the other when i went there(last week). They took package money from me in one go. And inspite of me telling them that i am short of time and won't be able to get all services altogether and will take services at different times, that man treated me very badly. After listening so many taunts(for my tangled hair and time shortage), when i told him that he cannot taunt me for timing as he is short of staff, he cut my hair so short (approximately 4 inches) even when i told him that i don't want short haircut at all. He literally kept on chopping my hair until i firmly told him not to cut my hair anymore. Otherwise, he probably would have done my blunt cut.I went to this place because of my previous experience of Allahabad Bank Branch that was quite good but this branch is a failure because of their rude staff. Even though my services are still pending, i will never go back to such a place. And even they never called me back to ask why i have not come back. They were interested only in their money that they have already got. I would suggest you to save your skin and hair as well as respect and find some other better place to get your services. Thank You

The guy who washed my hair did a horrible job, my hair were colored and he washed it only once and did not even conditioned it, when asked he started getting irritated & even used a dirty towel that was already wet and used on me, it just did not stop there, the guy who washed my hair dripped the color on my forehead and did not even clean while washing, when I looked myself in the mirror I noticed the color stain on my forehead. Extremely unprofessional and horrible service. This was my second visit here and the reason I went again was because my 1st time experience was really nice. Never going bk again. Such unprofessionalism and rude staff.

This is the worst saloon in Jhansi for hair cut. My hair looked horrible after the cut. Not at all professionally done. Don't compromise with your hair and Save your precious money by not opting this place.

Horrible experience. This is the worst saloon I ever visited in my life. They used some other wax instead of Rica. Hair spa was also worst. Don't waste your time and money here.

I had booked a hair spa and these people washed my hair with cold water in winters ..i said to use geyser water and i was told it will take some time to work..i kept waiting for half an hour and no hot water in winters .. finally i said i Dont want any spa just leave my hair .. I left the saloon with literally shampoo in my hair and still they charged me with 250 rs for hair wash..coz apparently they had applied shampoo.. pathetic people.. cheating tricks

New salon but good services and humble staff members. Very comfortable and hygienic.
