Two months back, due to the good reviews, i thought I'd get a haircut here. I arrived, and waited, and waited some more. There were 2 girls who were busy working on a lady. I sat there on the couch and no one even asked my why i was there. On asking about my haircut, they told me that the concerned person was out and will be coming in a while. I waited for 30-40 min, he didn't arrive, and i left, and that was that. Today, again, partly due to my sister visiting here and partly due the good reviews, i visited again, this time after calling and fixing an appointment with the guy. And once again, HE WASN'T THERE. This was at their second, bigger branch. This time i had the good luck of waiting for more than an hour. I am writing this as i am leaving, and i have been here for 1 hour 10 minutes. Apparently he's at the other branch, because of some old customer. So be it. This was the last time i tried wasting my time at this place. Congratulations to all old customers, you are never gaining this new and useless customer though.
