Crona Unisex Salon - Best Hair & Beauty Salon in Shyam Nagar, Kanpur

Absolutely terrible experience at this salon. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. The single stylist takes an excruciatingly long time - over an hour just for a basic haircut, which is completely unacceptable. The snail's pace of service isn't a sign of precision or attention to detail; it's simply poor time management and inefficiency. What makes it worse is that there's only one stylist handling all clients, creating a frustrating bottleneck. The waiting time is ridiculous, and there's no respect for clients' time. A basic haircut should not take over an hour - this is far below industry standards. Save yourself the frustration and wasted time. There are plenty of other salons that offer both quality service and reasonable timing. This place needs serious improvement in their service efficiency and time management. Definitely not worth your time or money. Overall: Avoid this salon unless you have several hours to waste and enjoy watching paint dry.

Extremely poor service, twice I experienced same issue. Professionals are inexperienced and doesn't know how to even trim hair evenly. Would never suggest anyone to go here. Even got a cut at my neck from their blade, had to go for tetanus injection. Complete waste of money. I would have given rating in minus if there was any option.

Very bad nail extension service...they charge heavily and zero service..I my self do nail extension Inexperienced staff no quality check only high charges , service zero. I want to rate this salon below zero.very bad don't ever go for nail extension they don't have even a proper nail extension tools.they charge 1800 so high for nail extension

Recently i went for hair ironing for my mom to crona salon located in shyam nagar, it was really an amazing experience for us and the services are soo affordable and the staff specially astha she is soooo good, so kind , and allot tallented . It is an amazing experience to go there and get everything done.. went for my grooming for wedding and this guy Ayaan has been great in each and everything.. Hardworking and sweet chap.. Sara is managing it well and all the staff is thorough professional with smiling faces always.. Good to have a good Salon to go to in Kanpur whenever i am here
