I took the groom package which includes hair spa, facial, manicure , pedicure , haircut ,shave and makeup. Facial and hair spa were done by Zaid . He was polite and professional at the same time.Facial made my face skin glow. Manicure and Pedicure were done by Sumit, He was also very polite and professional at the same time. Results were awesome! Ambience is nice . I would recommend to try once there services.

I took a haircut service from here. The service was okayish, but they added services without giving prior notice and asked for extra money. I went there for my brother's haircut, and after cutting hair, they washed hair without informing us that it would cost extra. I didn't ask for a hair wash, so why did they wash it without telling me it would cost more? At other places, hair wash is included in the haircut service, and they do not charge extra for it. First, they will tell you a lower price, but after the service, the bill exceeds expectations. This unprofessional behavior is very disappointing. For the sake of some money you people will start losing customers if you continue behaving like this. This issue has happened to me twice now. I will not go there again and will never recommend it to anyone. Once, I went there for a root touch-up. Initially, they quoted 1600 rupees, but in the final bill, they asked for 2000 rupees. When I asked why, they said the root touch-up color was without ammonia. Seriously? And they never provide a proper bill. If the charges are genuine, they should provide a bill na. Such salons should be banned...

The person who did the Hair cut was good, however they have different pricing for Beard Trim and Styling. I had no clue that they will charge extra. Please ask for charges with clarity of what you want and how much would that be.

I took skin & hair services from here. The name of the operator is Muskan and Neelesh. My experience was excellent. I'm very satisfied with the services. Staff being very humble. Highly recommend.

Hair spa was amazing, it lasted longer than they promised even after all the hair styling

They are just trying to charge money without following right steps. I went for a cleanup and detan and there was no face steam and no cream applied to skin. What I was told that no massage is done in cleanup. I told them that's not the case so they mentioned that no we do lotus clean up and with this no massage comes up. So what I found was just product application and removal on skin.

Ambience was incredibly perfect. Staff was so polite and supportive. My personal recommendation to all that please visit this beautiful place. Shaad was an incredible person!!! Got full groom package in truly reasonable rates with extraordinary service quality.. 10000% recommendations..
