I recently took my 60+ year-old mom to this salon for a facial, manicure, and pedicure, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. They took the time to ensure that my mom was comfortable, paying close attention to her preferences and making sure she felt relaxed throughout the entire process. I especially want to thank Pooja and Rishabh, your kindness, patience, and attention to detail made all the difference in ensuring she felt comfortable and well-cared for throughout the entire experience.

I recently booked the Royal Signature Makeup package for my engagement, which was the highest-priced option. However, I was disappointed with the experience. Despite paying a premium, I discovered that the hair accessories were rented and had to be returned the next day. The nail artist applied cracked press-on nails, which were included in the package. The makeup, done by Bhawna ma'am, was cakey and patchy, particularly on my chin. When I pointed it out, I was told to give it time to settle. The hairstylist's work was subpar - she simply fixed hair extensions without styling my hair properly. In fact, I had to hire another makeup artist at the venue to redo my hair. Given the high price and poor service, I would advise against booking this package. The staff's attitude and lack of expertise made the experience a waste of money.

I recently booked a facial at Kaya Planet and it was an absolutely refreshing experience. From the start, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. The esthetician took time to analyze my skin type and customized the treatment to suit my needs, which I really appreciated. I had a great facial with Pinky. She is professional, gentle, and very knowledgeable. My skin felt refreshed and glowing afterward. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality skincare service!

Worst salon worst staff and specially Rashika.She is very rude makes fun of clients n tries to spoil special day of someone..No skill always does same makeup on every bride. My marriage was on November. On wedding day i waited for a long time . In last she has done my makeup that was very caky n it was darker than my skin tone.I m fair in skin tone n i have paid huge amount for my makep despite this she n her staff made fun of me. At a point i felt very discouraged n tensed bcoz it was my special day ..I heartily recommend to all of you guys not to go there for any service if you don't want to make your special day worse

I booked my engagement and bridal makeups from Kaya Planet. I must say that they work with great dedication and devotion and make every possible efforts to meet the expectation of bride. I have too much sensitive and dry skin with problem of skin & body heating, due to which no makeup product settles on my face easily. They made every possible efforts to make me happy with my look and i appreciate that i am very happy with makeup and complete look. I had booked KP royal bride makeup for my sister for 7th of March. At the first booking and meeting we clearly mentioned open hairstyle with extensions at both engagement and marriage. The package for engagement included extensions and thus was clearly mentioned. After the second meeting too..it was clearly mentioned that an open hairstyle will be there for the wedding too. We didn't want to make separate payments for jewellery and makeup thus chose the highest variant. No one mentioned that extensions are not included in the highest variant. The receptionist clearly told us..you would not need to look for anything else. All our requirements or whatever the bride wants will be met in KP royal bride makeup that includes advanced hair styling. On the wedding day, my sister reached Kaya Planet on time. I had told them 3-4 times that she has to reach the venue by 7. I had made the calls too. My sister was panicking there as there were too many brides on that day. And she had to literally call multiple times to do her hair and makeup and draping. They did not make her wear the full jewellery which we had to put on the venue then. My sister reached the venue by 8. They charged her extra for extensions. Whereas I had made the payment at 4pm and asked them too..there is no payment left. The ladies at the reception agreed. I went the next day to confront the extra payment. The lady at the counter started misbehaving and shouting and was not ready to accept her mistake. I had no problem paying extra. But you should tell before hand if not accept your mistake. You are in the service industry and to make customers not fight them once the job is finished. I was carrying the extensions from engagement. Nobody asked for it.
