Great place great cuts / style, colors. I have to admit my hair is hard to handle but they always do an awesome job. They educate every clients too, I learn something new in every visit, I now know how to properly apply products to my hair. Thanks to Mr Ankit and their team for kind gesture and for not letting me bore Thanks for the wonderful color u have done for me. We had booked one bridal and 3 party make ups for 2 consecutively days. They asked for 100% advance payment which we made. Unfortunately our overall experience was really unpleasant here. Staff seem to be frustrated and overworked and doesn't care to speak nicely. Seems like they didn't care much because they had already gotten the advance payment. They are highly inefficient in the way they operate and weren't able to manage multiple make ups. They have only one trained hair stylist and he would also not care to share his ideas on what hairstyle would go with what dresses and when we suggested hairstyles, they would find flaws with those as if they just wanted to get away with work. We were delayed to reach the salon on first day due to wedding ceremonies but even when we reached on time the next day, they just wasted time roaming here and there. We continuously told them how uncomfortable we were the whole time, but they didn't seem to care much. Couple staff members are nice and they helped look after by 4 month old while I got my hair done. I just expected much better experience and services with this brand name associated but I am extremely disappointed.

I am their regular client for a hair cut every month.Very happy n satisfied with hygiene, ambience and service persons behaviour.Saqib really knows his job and does a neat job.Recommended from my side.

I highly recommend this salon to anyone seeking a top-tier haircut.

The hairstylist Shivani ma'am was really kind and helpful and gave me a fabulous hairstyle even when I was late but the makeup didn't even last for 10 minutes after reaching the venue even after paying Rs 6,600 each for 2 people for long lasting makeup but the makeup artist didn't apply setting spray on any of our faces. Overall very poor experience do not recommend this place.
