Got my hair colour done from glam house . Sumit was the one who did my colour and must say he handled it very gently as my hair had colour of holi so it was very difficult to cut off that colour and give my hair new colour but sumit calmed me down and my hair turned very good . I didn't even saw any traces of holi colour. Also their hospitality is very good they keep on asking for coffee or any snacks. overall all a good experience whole staff is good special mention to sumit and mirza ma'am.

I'm writing this feedback on behalf of my wife and myself after a recent visit to the salon. Unfortunately, my experience, which has always been positive in the past five years when I visit Kanpur, has taken a serious downturn. The quality of service and customer experience has drastically declined. In the past, the lady who seemed to be the floor manager was attentive and ensured customers received excellent service. Now, she appears disengaged, and the staff lacks basic knowledge about the services or pricing. In fact, the service now feels more like something you'd find at a local street salon, rather than a professional establishment. Additionally, there are too many staff members idly chatting, with little focus on delivering quality work. The nail and hair services, in particular, were subpar. To make matters worse, the billing desk support failed to add an service to my bill. I received 20 calls from a personal number, which I didn't answer, and then a call from the desk where I was informed they had forgotten to add a service. I paid for it immediately, assuming it would be deducted from the employee's pocket, but that shouldn't be the way it works. I am sharing this feedback not to criticize but to encourage the owner to take these concerns seriously. There needs to be a focus on improving service quality, training staff, and possibly reducing the number of staff members to ensure better professionalism and customer care.

Worst service I have ever had, this so called saloon ruined my special day. They don't even know how to use the products, I asked them to do pink party makeup, they did beige matte makeup while I asked dewy, even they don't have proper products, about the hair styling, at the time of selecting the style they said it'll be done, while styling they were making excuses that you have thin hair & bla bla, they also made the video for feedback & forcefully wanted to listen positive, after the event we gave the feedback to them that makeup wasn't great,they made the excuse you have selected party makeup not the engagement one, for that they have charged Rs.6500 which wasn't worth of even 1000. I'll never recommend it to anyone.

Best service! Warm welcome! along with good staff... What else do you need! I got Pedicure & Manicure, the staff greeted warmly & they served bottled water, and offered tea/coffee and I have to say, the coffee was amazing! Kartik took care of my Pedicure & Manicure with respect and care. He was gentle and careful especially while cutting nails. Sumit got my nails done expertly. Although it was close to closing time he did not rushed instead he took great care & got me perfect nails. Parking is a challenge but was not an issue with me as I was dropped there by family. I highly recommend The Glam House
