This review is especially for manager GAUHAR KHAN.. I had one of the worst experiences at this salon, all thanks to the incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of the salon manager... GAUHAR KHAN... From the moment I walked in, she was dismissive, rude, and completely lacking in basic customer service etiquette. She spoke in a condescending tone, made no effort to listen to my concerns, and even rolled her eyes when I politely asked questions about the service. Instead of managing the staff or ensuring quality, she seemed more interested in creating a hostile environment. Her behavior was not only unprofessional but downright insulting. I left the salon feeling disrespected, frustrated, and completely dissatisfied with the service. If you value being treated with basic human decency and respect, I strongly recommend avoiding this place until they find a manager who actually understands how to deal with customers.
